Home Visits

Doctor's bag

If you require a home visit please telephone the surgery before 10:00.  If an emergency arises and you require a home visit later in the day, telephone the receptionist and she will pass the message to the doctor on duty.

Home visits should only be requested for patients who are too unwell to attend the surgery.

You can be visited at home by a community nurse if you are referred by your GP. You should also be visited at home by a health visitor if you have recently had a baby or if you are newly registered with a GP and have a child under five years.
